We are Mischka and Devon, siblings and global education advocates who share a commitment to creating meaningful impact. Recognized nationally and internationally for our contributions to education equity, advancement, and youth empowerment, we continue to dedicate our efforts to driving lasting and transformative change.

In 2021, we founded Sejuta Impian (A Million Dreams), a national youth-led initiative that has empowered hundreds of thousands of students across Indonesia through partnerships with ministries, communities, organizations, and global brands that share our vision of empowering youth and promoting equitable education.

​

These experiences have reinforced our belief that real change begins with small, consistent actions done with sincerity, integrity, and purpose.

​

Mischka’s public speaking initiative, SpeakUp, was globally recognized with the RISE for the World Award for its innovation in empowering youth through communication and leadership.

​

We are deeply passionate about education advocacy and public speaking, having served as the youngest speakers at major prestigious international platforms including the ASEAN Summit 2023, Asia Water Forum 2023, and the UN Climate Conference (COP26). These opportunities stand as a testament to our belief that youth voices must be amplified to shape the future.

We are honoured to have been appointed Inspirational Young Figures by the Ministry of Youth and Sports, the youngest-ever Kader Bela Negara by the Ministry of Defense of the Republic of Indonesia, and named Ikon Prestasi Pancasila by BPIP, governed by the President of Indonesia. Our pursuit of excellence culminated in a MURI World Record for winning over 100 international medals in Mathematics and Science Olympiads.

Leveraging media for social change, we have garnered over 60 million views and counting through our social media platforms, integrating education, creativity, and communication to champion civic awareness and youth empowerment.
